Get arnolds, "education of a body builder" I got it in the late 70s, my bible,I still use his routines from it today,You can buy it on amazon, Tell you everything you want to know.
Is it good for a starter though mate like myself?

Worked for me,Tells you how to train, what to eat ,days to train ,days to have off, even how to move your bowels properly. From novice to pro. His superset routines are brutal, and not for the faint hearted,.

Just got it, will have a read of it later on.

Was going to go the gym tonight and do some light cardio but my legs are on fire from the Bulgarian splits yesterday and I struggle to walk so I can't imagine running on a treadmill will do me any favours!

Imo I'd replace incline bench to decline. A lot more pec activation in my experience.

I would say stick with incline, as he is aiming to work shoulders on the same day, and incline hits the front delt nicely.

All opinions of course.
Agree.
that's why I stick away from incline, too much shoulder input!

:)

Incline bench is an integral part of building any chest.

Disagree

For bodybuilding, the regular "bench press" is not all its cracked up to be, though you will find they all use it."Vince gironda" a famous old trainer reckoned ,wide grip neck press on a bench ,and front dips ,with feet forward with chin on your chest were far better for building the " pecs " chest.

Anyone one here run at all? I know this is probably more about X-Fit and Weight Training, just curious if anyone does more longer cardio stuff.
Yes I run 3 times a week for 25 mins, just after I finish my heavy bag work, though in this heat and at my age it aint easy.
