Bluemoon Running Slowly or Crashing

This has been going on for a while now, but Bluemoon runs very slowly for me or pages crash full stop.

I solely use Safari on iOS on my phone, but I don’t have this problem on any other sites, only this one.

At times I load the next page and it takes ages to load, and sometimes only half the page loads. Sometimes when I go to the type box, it takes an age to load the the post I’m replying to or takes ages to type the words out. Sometimes the page freezes, sometimes you can’t scroll up or down.

Is anyone else having these problems?

try shutting down and restarting phone.

I sometimes use Brave on iPhone, but as they all have to use the same engine on IPhone, they are all practically the same. With Safari you can have blockers at least.
Chrome is becoming a bloated stagnant IE5, and with the impending arrival of Manifest v3 even more saddled into the ad brokers joyful clutches.

Done all that, Bluemoon just continues to work in the same way: slow, glitchy, crashes… no other site does it.

Same for me since iOS 15 came out. Hopefully 16 will resolve it!
