I think , not certain , but to be a Cavalier it would be just brown and white.
With black in their coat they are King Charles Spaniels.
The breeder that bred my mams told me that.
Not so, mate. They come in four colour combinations: Blenheim (tan and white), Ruby (tan), Black and Tan and Tricolour (black, tan and white).
Yours is a Cavalier King Charles, I’m sure. Plain King Charles spaniels are smaller and slightly different looking.
We used to have a couple of Cavaliers. Lovely dogs but lots of health issues.
