I will reveal the top 30 shows that just missed out this list. after.

I am worried that after your brilliant threads on books, albums, songs, films, TV series and City players we're running out of scope here. OK, we could do stuff like favourite cakes and drinks, but it's probably not going to be as much fun (although I'll withold judgement until I see what you come up with).

With this in mind, maybe you should extend the fun by doing a block-of-5 countdown of TV series from 150-101? (or whatever level you think is appropriate).

Line of Duty was my no1 pick. Brilliant British Anti corruption Cop series and now got 9 shows in this Top 100.Roll on Sunday for the new series.

One thing that I am slightly surprised at it the lack of any 70s/80s American cop/action shows in the top 100.
Didn't vote for any myself, but I would have expected shows like Columbo, The Streets of San Francisco, Kojak, Quincy, Starsky & Hutch, Hawaii Five-0, Magnum, The A-team etc. might feature in the lower reaches of the 100.

OK, they never had a story arc, but they were good entertainment for the most part.

I think Columbo might have suffered from falling between the stools of TV series/films?

Me too. It was on my list but I think it will be The Office especially as the US one has already featured and the UK one is much better known.
