No that's Fraser Anning, who has joined Bob's party.

Anning is the tosser who last week stood up in Senate and gave out his own version of Enoch Powell's speech.

Have to agree with @Idontpullout These small country towns in Northern Queensland and central Qld is like going back in time around 35-40 years.
