Bolton home games?

Anyone ever been to a game at Bolton?
Ive won two tickets for their game next week, but any ideas on parking?
Ive used middlebrook before for shopping,cinema etx..but guessing it gets rammed on a match day..
Any help appreciated..

Use yourparkingspace.com and you can pay to park in the Tesco next to the stadium, you can also just turn up and pay the guys selling parking but I always pre-book so I know I am sorted.

I parked near here last time I went with City and then straight in the pub for a pint. While ago that though.

I've watched them a few times but not been for a while, I was round middlebrook Saturday doing some shopping about an hour or so before kick off and it wasn't too busy tbh.

Been to a few games, last time was for the Rugby League. They now have automated parking, so you park in designated parking areas, download an App and then register your car / credit card etc. It is a pain in the arse the first time.

Because they now have few parking stewards it was gridlock getting out. We went for a meal and when we returned an hour later there was still a 30 min wait to get out.

Can I suggest booking a table at one of the Middlebrook restaurants for after the game and at least you won't have to spend ages sitting in your car waiting to get out of your parking space.

Good tip on Tesco, last time we tried they had sign up saying no payment on the day.

At the ground though, no cash payments anymore, it's all about ANPR and the App nowadays.

OP, there is now a hospitality area outsider the ground, like a mini city sq, selling a large number of beers (including Guinness and Madri) and the usual Pies etc etc

Can't see there being too busy a queue to get out after the game - it's not as if the stadium is rammed every week.
As someone said, if you can, go on the train as it's much easier.
