Bony (Season long loan at Stoke - Official)

Fair enough but how about this, who would you say are the best 3 teams in the world? Barca, Real & Bayern seems fair no?

Name their backup strikers.
ok ... bayern have RL and TM and probably some reserve striker(s) plus lots of interchangeable attacking wingers /wide men... barca have there front 3 LS LM and Neymar plus wingers and again reserve strikers etc real have Benzema Morrata plus Ronaldo and Bale with the likes of wide man Vasquez ... only young I know but ... but IMO all of there leagues bar the Spanish a little ... do not have the speed or intensity of the English game . This is where IMO we need another striker ... not necessarily a high profile one but a real natural striker to assist with the demands of our league. Would hate to have either one of our real strikers injured leaving us very short .... but Pep knows best and maybe Noilito is the answer ... only time will tell.

Whether you agree with it or not is one thing, but Nolito is our 3rd striker this season in situations where injuries occur to both Aguero and Iheanacho. I don't anticipate we are signing anyone else unless someone gets injured before the end of the window.

Would make alot of sense mate...I think Nolito has scored around 15 goals a year, in his last 3 seasons in Spain, so he clearly knows how to find the back of the net!.....as "SWP's back" has mentioned....if we do make another signing, it would seem that CM should be next on the shopping list but I think we might be done for this window!

We should have known he wouldn't suit our style of play, it's been a bad move for both parties. He's never lacked for effort or fitness though bar injuries and you don't go from golden boot winner in the Eredivisie, top scorer in the PL 2014 calendar year(I've just double checked that because a lot of people seem to think he's won a golden boot but it seems not the case) to a donkey in a league that has Aguero, Suarez, Toure in his prime. He's very decent in the right setup, ours just wasn't for him and he looks short of confidence now due to the heavy criticism. £20-25m in this market is very reasonable if they can get him scoring 20+ goals in the right system that's a bargain.

Yep. Pep has said himself he's a forward, look at when we name our squads too, Nolito is in the forward category, something trivial i know but i think telling of how we'll use him. personally, from the little i've seen so far of him i'd be a bit worried to see him upfront as he seems about as Mobile as Yaya on crutches and would rather see someone like Sterling there is required.

Pep calls all his attacking players forwards - that might confuse. The wingers, strikers and even attacking midfielders...

You are wrong wrong wrong, you a so so so so wrong... To the tune of any song you like. :)

Been saying forever now, we need wide attacking players who can score. Not another out and out striker to come seat behind Aguero or take up a position he is actually not very good at.

Thank God we now have Pep. I'm so on his wavelength :-)
