booking fee

On website it says £2.50 per tickt booking fee booked over phone.

Yet i have 2 tickets on the scheme and was charged £10.00.

Has anyone else come across this?

I checked online and when i looked at order history it said price for 2 tickets and showed £10.00 booking fee.

I will get on blower tomrrow and see whats goin on.

Should be no booking fee unless you rang up. I have no booking fee on mine.

No imon scheme for all 3 they must of messed up somewhere.
Even so if it`s happened to me it might of affected other ppl

Im also on all 3 schemes, thats why i was pointing out there shouldnt be a charge. When i said unless you ring up, i meant for people who are not on the scheme and decide to ring up rather than book online.
