If you know anything about Suarez, you know he's not going to leave Barcelona.
His entire career in Europe, from the time he joined Ajax, was based around the idea of getting to Spain/Barcelona because that's where his wife's family lives. His wife doesn't even speak English - which he said was a good thing because it meant she couldn't read what the papers were saying about him while he was here - so she's going to be completely against a move as well. He constantly talks about how happy he is in Spain, and he's become Messi's best mate, with their wives constantly posting to social media double dates or play dates with their kids.
To quote the Telegraph:
He was in love with the city of Barcelona long before he joined the football club. Since he was a teenager he spent every break in Catalonia after his girlfriend Sofia, now his wife, emigrated there with her parents. Their first child Delfina was born there. Now living close to his extended family and speaking in his mother tongue, Suarez recently said he “feels as if he were living in Uruguay”.
The only way Suarez is going to leave Barcelona is if he is physically pushed out of the door, and considering he got
40 league goals last season, and 59 goals, 26 assists in 53 games overall, that simply is not going to happen. No coach in the world would ever get rid of a player that
He's also paid the least of the Barcelona front 3, so even if Barcelona were in financial trouble, he'd be the obvious choice to keep.
It's not going to happen.
