I was there! Still haven't thawed out, certainly rivalled Copenhagen

I watched it on a pool side telly in Cape Town. 90 degrees, glorious sunshine. Very enjoyable! I did feel a tad sorry for those in the ground.

I missed that one PB but I was at the 8-1 when Sven was in charge, will that do? That was cold as well even though we had travelled in absolutely glorious sunshine it was freezing inside that stadium. But please can I be forgiven for not making the FA Cup match in 2010? ;-)

Nothing rivals Copenhagen that really was freezing!

We last played them in the FA Cup up there in January 2010, just after Mancini had been appointed. It was fucking freezing and there were no more than 1,000 of us there. Where have all these ardent fans suddenly come from?

And they shut the M62 behind us due to snow.

We were in a minibus directly behind a plough going up there.

Soul destroying place, been there for a LC game in heavy fog at he old ground and the 8-1 where they had their own climate.
