I have a feeling we're gonna see Foden false 9 for some reason. Maybe something like:

Mahrez------------------------------------Sterling


I think Cancelo and Bernardo will get rest, even though Pep subbed Bernardo earlyish against Fulham, I think he'll play KdB, Gundogan who got no minutes (without any of the 3 as false 9), Foden as false 9 to control the ball in the center, Sterling to run behind.

Aguero, Gabby and Ferran to get some sub minutes to continue to get our strikers up to speed.

That is a really interesting line-up. False number 9s from any of the front five in that formation. The mind boggles at what score line it could achieve.

No problem with the players but all our bad form last season and early this season was with that formation. No 4-2-3-1 unless we're seeing out a game with 10 minutes to go.
