To be honest I still don't enjoy seeing Mahrez in the lineup, even in his good games he's frustrating for most of the game, doesn't work off the ball, goes missing for 10 minutes at a time, the difference between his great games and shit games is just that a few of the speculative shots go in instead of wide!

But I can acknowledge he is in good form and is likely to chip in with a goal or assist so worth his place.

Have you watched him over the last month? There can be no complaints about his workrate of late

It's my perfect team, aside from Walker in and Cancelo pushing out Zin.

It's not so much an issue because the balance higher up is so great.

I've said it for weeks, this team becomes special when Foden and Bernie are starting and De Bruyne is pushed right up top, where him taking risks doesn't cost us.

It frees Gundo up to go beyond the false nine and fair play to Pep for keeping faith with Mahrez.

It can be construed at the expense of either Sterling or Jesus, simply because Pep wants Kev in his best team.

You said pep doesn’t give a toss about resting his right backs when he has done exactly that for the last 3 games. He’s actually only started walker and cancelo 5 times in 20+ games this year.
