I have written this season off. Do the Club have a plan to refresh the side next year or are we going to plod on as we are.

We have not become a bad side overnight but our performances are way below what we have achieved previously. You would have to be blind to not see that.

I get giddy when we actually manage to stop the opposition from scoring.

Let's surprise them and knock the pendulum football on the head for a change.
You never know we might outscored them

We are a long way from a bad side, but we definitely are not playing to our strengths. The worrying aspect is that there is no sign of that changing anytime soon.

Eddy
Walker Dias ake bernardo
Rodri
Foden grealish
Mahrez Haaland alverez

Would love to see this team against weaker opponents but there’s bob hope of pep playing Foden and grealish in cm.

Let's try something different here: Ortega, Lewis, Akanji, Ake, Gomez, Phillips, Bernardo, De Bruyne, Foden, Grealish, Alvarez

I wouldn’t write the season after, still plenty of football to go. We are more than capable of putting a performance in like the Arsenal game but for whatever reason we just can’t do it consistently at the moment. However, we’re still in a good position in the Champions League, still in the FA Cup and the Premier League is far from over.

However, we do really need to refresh the squad and get some new starting players in who have more energy. Over the next year or two if we don’t do that, we are in danger of doing what Liverpool are basically doing now where too many are getting past their best haven’t been replaced.

I can’t stand Liverpool, but it can be denied that they were serious side for the past few years that ran us close, but it shows even teams like that can drop off quickly if you don’t start bringing fresh legs in
