Bournemouth to sue Hawk-Eye tech (link in post)

How do they explain the fact that Oliver received a notification at half time. If the seven cameras could not see it instantly which piece of equipment was able to see it after the event. It all comes down to who is the man in charge is it the ref or faceless men in a cabin. Oliver knew it had gone over the line but did not have the guts to stop the game, go to the monitor and, heaven forfend, do the job he is paid to do.

Hope they succeed, shameful decision and one everyone said would have a big impact on the final standings

Weird. Hawk-eye failed. Shouldn’t but did and it can happen.
Yet it was imminent for every tv watching human being and his dog, that the ball crossed the line. So what did VAR do? As usual: nothing. Why not blame the FA?

It doesn't actually say they are going to sue and they would be wise not to. Attempting to blame their relegation on this single incident assumes that everything since would still have happened in the same way which, as we all know, in a deterministic universe would not be the case. It was a bad decision in the same way as there will always be bad decisions. Suck it up and fix the issues they have a degree of control over.
