We have a great academy set up and we nurture not only the boys football skills but also their general education and welfare.
It's unfortunate for the emerging talent that City currently have what is probably the best squad in England if not Europe and getting a foothold in the first team setup is going to be very, very difficult. Some, like Foden, are prepared to wait, other like Jadon and Diaz would rather move on but they should remember that is was the training, coaching and mentoring at City that progressed them to a level that attracted other clubs.
