On ESPN now, not sure if it's live, but there's some young decent players on each side. One called Neymar, but I've not heard of him. :)

Sadly I missed the full line ups, but only those that play in their national league (Brazil/Argentina) can play, so it's good to watch.

Not live mate was played early hours. Won't spoil it and tell you the score :)

LOL, cheers pal. Warming up nicely now.

Lucas Moura looks decent.

Tell me mate, we'll take the gamble that he wont see the score.

these brazil argentina friendlies played on champions league nights are strange thing.. it's 3rd in last year or so. Purely commercial games.

People in Brasil would prefer to watch the national team play over the Champions League any day of the week, particularly against a rival.

The Superclassico is the revival of an old competition that used to be played called the Roca Cup. There were two legs last year that ended 2-1 for Brasil on aggregate giving them the trophy, and the second leg this year will take place Oct. 3

Didn't know about that Roca Cup thingy..

it's strange cause it's obviously match for player who play in Brazilian and Argentinian leagues and that they always take the CL nights to do it. And, not sure about this last one but those from last year even played at same time as CL games.

I guess their TV's who hold CL rights are not as powerful as Sky to complain about it :)

Did not watch the game, but Neymar is going to top 3 best players in the world very shortly. What makes him so special in my opinion is he is a big game player. He has scored so many decisive and important goals for Brazil.

eh, he might be top player at some time but he certainly didn't score any significant amount of goals for brazil yet, specially not very important ones.

Only competitive games he played for Brazil are Olympics and he was not even their best player on that tournament, it was Damiao.

You can check his contribution here, nothing special in terms of big games and important goals.
