We were overrun the entire game since they scored in midfield. Arteta was fantastic. We didn't lose because they were "lucky" FFS, we lost because of a bent ref and Everton playing very, very well.

My comments with regards to purchasing the 3 players are not based on tonights game but the entire second half of the season. I think all 3 would fit in very nicely.

Just because a player is good for one team doesn't mean he will be for another.

We need to build our own side with good balance, not try and sign other team's entire midfields. It's clear we are short of a couple of options in the middle and Mancini is aware of this hence attempting to sign Mariga. But sadly the Italian had all his eggs in one basket over that one and we are paying the price.

Arteta always seems to be injured tho and Moyes would want stupid money for him anyway. Look abroad and you can find equal or better, and less injury-prone, players for less.
