So we're Grealish Akanjai Dias and Co pissed still the other night?

I'm not bothered either way, just don't want him anywhere near the finals. His forms fell off a cliff these last few games. And before all you Mahrez lovers weigh in, he's one of my favourite players, but we can't carry anybody.
I don’t see how Mahrez form has been any different

In every game I’ve seen him he’s been tracking back and winning tackles
In the last third hes ducked out of a few tackles in an attempt to win throw ins…. One of which at Brighton somehow managed to take a glance off him.
He’s even been winning headers… out of form I disagree with…

This will be Brentfords final tomorrow, last game of the season they'll want to finish with a win against the Champions

I disagree, I think this game is very important for the next 2. We need everyone fit, and in rythm, they've all been rested since madrid, and we have a week each between games now. This is where we (hopefully) get our mojo back, ready for the 2 games that could define our history for a very long time to come.
Not important as in whether those who have niggles travel, i was responding to a specific post on niggles , read better !

Well it's not our final. We should treat it as a practice game. The reality is that our campaign ended at tea time last Saturday. The form and momentum built up over 2 months evaporated. We now have two finals to face. What will win these games is heart and steely determination as much as skill and form. To beat the rags we need to be prepared to go to war and the same for Inter. Rest most lads up tomorrow or give them a quick run around and start to prepare mentally for the next two Saturdays.

I read it perfectly well, I just don't agree that it's "not important". He won't risk people who aren't fit, but he seems to imply most are fit, and momentum in football is important, both as a team, and as individuals.

We see different things pal. But I you're seeing prime Mahrez these last 3 or 4 games then I'll have some of that you've been smoking. He's been awful pal. But each to their own mucker.

I don’t care at all. We could lose 3-0 and I wouldn’t be bothered. JUST NO INJURIES, PLEASE.
Obviously i' d rather we win or draw and keep the unbeaten record going , but it is hard to disagree in many ways.
Last Sunday when I saw the team on the screen at City square I was a little disappointed as I thought from a fairly selfish perspective, 'I've paid £60 for this and most of the big boys are not in the starting line up' . At the end of the day it wasn't a particularly great game but we won and we got to see the presentation. 1:0 and no injuries far better than 5:0 and KDB or Haaland or Rodri crocked.
Hopefully Pep has a similair mindset tomorrow, give the likes of Phillips, Gomez, Palmer, Rico etc..a run out.
Hopefully our 'big boys' aren't risked too much. Having said that they can get injured in training!. Wasn't there also that fairly amusing case (obviously not for the player concerned) where a goalkeeper missed playing for his country in the World Cup because he got injured dropping a vase on his foot?

Full team. Put on a show. Let United and their scum of a following stew on it for a week.

Why cant the final matches of the season be played today
My guess would be money is somehow the reason. Its definitely not to help travelling fans anyway
Defo down to money and TV revenue etc... Getting back on a Sunday evening from a ground miles away using public transport isn't always the easiest of tasks is it!
The last time I went to a final league game of the season on a Saturday was the one when we beat Sunderland 3:2 at Maine Road in 91 in the old first division.. The result meant we finished above United (quite a big deal at the time) and Sunderland went down.
Since the start of the Premier League I'm pretty sure all final games in the top flight have been on a Sunday ?
