If there has been a mess up with the 18-25 which I’m inclined to believe the only logical way forward would be for city to cancel all of that allocation then do a ballot for anyone that got one this morning for the correct amount of tickets that should of been available.
I’ve not seen a single person say they didn’t get one in the 18-25 lot.

Certainly sounds like a fuck up. Good luck to the younger fans getting tickets - hopefully it means a bouncing away end. I think it's unfair to sell a ticket then cancel it - those fans have probaby booked transport already.
City really needs to reform the ticket office.

I'm well above the 18-25 age group and know nobody who applies within that criteria, I do know a lot of very high point holders who will have missed out this morning.
All went well mate, my mate's nursery kids all secured a ticket, it's their first away so they are all really excited. Need to now sort a coach out, stock up on nappies, bottled milk and dummies. Well done, you are destined for great things at the clubEnjoyed my first shift as Head of Ticket Sales at City this morning.
Been quite nervous, any feedback greatly appreciated.

It would work both ways unfortunately. Someone is losing out and not happy.
The biggest loser would be those on the high points who have just missed out though rather than some on the 18-25 who got lucky because of an error on city’s part.
As good as we are on the pitch off it especially with tickets we act like a non league side. Been naff since they outsourced it all.
