It may not even be a plan by the FA.
But, there will be an issue, regarding overseas players, caused by Brexit & it does open the door, to people once again, interfering in the way we run our club & trying to 'level it out' in a way which suits others.
A restriction on us signing young players from Europe, for instance, would be no surprise.
The ideal situation, would be that Brexit allows clubs to sign more non European players, so we can snaffle up the best South Americans for the Prem, but I doubt they will do that.
