Bricked Xbox360

I think my 360 has been bricked. Its been flashed.

For the first time in a year I've connected the console to the internet. Xbox live asked me to update my xbox so I said yeah, after that I couldn't play any games.

Has it been bricked?

Or Can I update firmware.

It disables your ability to play pirated games. Did you try playing games you bought legitimately?

Could I reflash so I could play the copied games again?

Just reflash it, the update you downloaded, it reflashed your drive back to the original firmware.

Does anybody know where I can buy a pre chipped xbox, been searching everywhere on the net and nothing comes up, some guy was selling one on gumtree, but the ad must have got removed. Ideally I'd like to have a chipped one that's not connected to live for playing chipped games on and if they're any good will buy the proper version for the unchipped console to play live.
