Salah joined as a 22 year old and left as a 25 year old. All of the city academy have an exact understanding of what joining the first team looks like, and what the expectations of the club are, because theyre watching Foden and now Palmer do it. Nothing alike.

Because Dias is better than him and Zinchenko has been unavailable. If we play Stones and Dias together, then when Cancelo inverts from left back, Dias would basically be playing close to left back in possession in a back 3. No need for that when we have Laporte who is natural there.

If Zinchenko was up and running, it can work with Zinchenko in the back 3 with Dias and Stones, but that means playing Cancelo instead of Walker and Walker is too good to drop. So our back 4 has been set in stone really.
 
will be very tough game, Brighton have the quality and coaching to pass through our press. Think will be 1-3 city
 
Cancelo can't try and do too much vs this Brighton press. He's put the team in bad situations before vs teams like this.
