Overall we played beautifully in the first half and sloppily in the second. Haalands goal is fucking lovely. It wasn't pretty, but taking points of Brighton isn't easy.

The officials make it subtle by giving little fouls against us and letting the opposition get away with fouls on our players.

Huh? I agree it was a second yellow all-day but this is still wildly reactive.

The refs are inconsistent, but the fact remains that Akanji was a clear yellow

Some very glaring inconsistencies in the refereeing made that a lot harder than it should have been.

We ended up with double the number of bookings and I can't even remember us putting a tackle in other than the Foden one which was given as a foul despite it being the cleanest challenge you'll see this year.

Akanji's first booking, it wasn't even Akanji who committed the initial foul.

The seasons ends in May, now is not the time to be at our best, just keep in contention.

First half was good, second half a shit show. Akanji barely touched him for the 2nd yellow and it took him about 10 seconds to fall to the ground.

Not quite sure what Pep is doing this season. We don’t look k like we want to score once we are 2up and leaving the door open for the other team.

I hope he has a different approach when we play the scum.

Last season we would have put this game to bed by 60 mins and taken Haaland off. We are nowhere near that level at the moment.

Yup, the reality is the officiating in this lesgue is just terrible. The whole approach to officiating in England needs to scrapped. It is so poor.
