going to attempt to cook one of this weekend, trying to find the best and easiest way (I am shite at cooking!) trying to find a decent rub for it, or even make my own? i'l probably end up getting pissed and burning it anyway but any tips?

Hi, I have used various recipes for indoor brisket, but this slow-cooker one is one I keep using. You finish it off in the oven to bark it up

In summer I use my smoker outside, but the slow cooker approach is a lot easier and nearly as good !!!
