Who too?

The people who used to work for them before they moved call centres (and other work out to India) or to the people in India doing the work (and making all the mistakes - although probably not their problem as probably down to poor training).

Can't be doin' with BT, they've really p*ssed me off recently,
I wanted to switch my Broadband to one of their rivals.

My contract ends in Jan '09, they said they'd charge me the full £95 cost for the next 5 months
and a further £45 for breaking the contract early.

Roll on January, BT can stick the router up their brown eyes.

Unless you live on a houseboat then no, you can't have a union jack outside your house.
