Use HP mostly but love Chop sauce, can't find it down this way though!!
The American Steak Sauce called A1 - like HP, but thinner.
You can get it in the American section of Selfridges.
Suzy's Antiguan hot sauce, the king of pepper sauces.
Blow your fookin head off, but worth it.
Lea & Perrins Steak Sauce is much closer to HP than A1....although it's not easy to find.

HP all the way anything else is not acceptable on a fry up. Mention for Irish Chef sauce a must on Sunday dinner.
