Thats the thing, maybe Aguero was applauding the ball through to him but oh no Savage wants him shot at dawn for it. They were awful, the commentator was desperate for Burley to equalise and those two other clowns are beyond pity. I kept putting it on mute. Wankers.

Thank you. It's nonsense that there is distaste. Many fans from many teams struggle with criticism of their own teams and Manchester City are just the same. With Champions League we have simply introduced one additional pundit who is in fact obviously biased. Other broadcasters might send internal memos asking for impartiality but as I've said before we don't want sterile coverage. We want opinions that don't blindly follow others.

Today was the first time I've ever turned the commentary off. When the commentators started with "oh yeah he was offside but they should have had a penalty" it was mute pressed.

For some reason that broadcast was outsourced today to sunset & vine, and you could tel. Quality was shambolic, they couldn't event Segway their betfair ad in correctly or cut to Webb. Awful game.
 
That was an absolute disgrace today. Not one to usually moan but they blatantly don't hide their hatred for us. Francis didn't have one positive thing to say about us today and never shut up about their penalty shout, even though we had 3 clear penalty shouts and not one thing said. Then to top it off at the end they start again with the penalty claim even though he was offside, nothing said about ours.

What was Webb on about as well? Saying they should have had a penalty because the offside was (incorrectly) not given. Made no sense.

It's basically fine to make one mistake so long as it harms City but a second mistake isn't on.
 
Why do our ex players like Francis , Quinn , McManaman et al hate us so much? All the ex United , Liverpool , Chelsea pundits love their old clubs and show it

What Webb means is yes he was offside, but because the officials were not giving offsides against Burnley, nor fouls for that matter, then it should have been a penalty.
 
It wasnt just the penalty crap they came out with. For 90 mins they demanded City players be booked, fuck me, Francis even wanted Kun sent off at one point. Nolito he had a real hard on for and gushed as the ref gave him a yellow card.
Ferny made a real meal out of one challenge apparently whilst moments later, another hack from a Burnley player was met with total silence as if it never ever happened.

One free kick even had them hoping and wishing that a Burnley player could get on the end of it!

But players should be booked for showing decent to refs, I'm sure they'll be calling for woooneys head by half time every game
 
I don't pay a single penny to the twats.

If you look into it it's more than possible to watch their coverage without paying.

Even now, I will stream and watch on another broadcast.

Unbelievable bias. They don't deserve to be on air.
