Budget for 1 Champions League AWAY match..

Should be a no brained to Munich. Brand spanking new stadium, good support, Oktoberfest and legion of us City faithful. Naples will be a hard sell for me too. Both Naples and Villarreal are a pricey trips. But if you're going to pick one. Go for the biggest one on the schedule.

I live in the U.S., if I were in the position to I'd break the bank to take a trip to Bayern away during Oktoberfest. That would be an unbelievable trip.

Is it advisable to book flights to Munich as soon as the date of the fixture is announced or can you afford to leave it a day or two?

flights to munich have gone through the roof already. atleast you can drive to munich, villarreal will be a top trip

flights to munich are expensive because of the time of year..i think they are pricing up all the possible dates

thought the same, if its then i'm going for a week, fantastic festival.

Munich will be class as it will be around Octoberfest time, food and drink is reasonably priced in germany and the Allianz Arena is quality, however flights will be expensive as it is a popular time to go, I would suggest as soon as the date is released book up!!

Munich shouldn't be expensive to get there, even if the flights go through the roof there will be many a coach trip to get on.

I always budget at £500 for flights and accomodation, then take between £100 & £150 per day spends depending on where we are.

I rekon I will get change out of my £500 for each of these trips, I am so glad we didn't get CSKA
