Bundesliga Thread - 2023/24

Technically Bundesliga 2, but worth posting in here because it’s one of the best own goals I’ve ever seen, in the St Pauli-Hamburg derby tonight.

You'd swear that money has changed hands there. On the other hand, not. It's just too obvious.

How is it possible for professionals — people who get paid for doing what they do — to do that? Just can't fathom it.

That’s such a fucking ridiculous thing to say. You should stop and think before you post such drivel.

Sometimes the lines are too thick and the kick off is too early.
Damn, should have added list is not exhaustive as of today’s date. There will be more no doubt before Klopp’s time is done.

Not Bundesliga, but I'm flying from Belgrade to Cologne next Thursday afternoon and I've just bought a ticket for Leverkusen v Molde in the Europa League.

Looking forward to it, because the BayArena is like getting off the train in Marple and walking through Brabyns Park.
However, £37 is more than I've paid for any of our CL home games this season.

Bayer score in 94' to win it at Augsburg, maintaining the 4 points lead at the top (Munich with a game in hand). Palacios the late hero with a composed finish, but it was Grimaldo's quick, sharp, acurate, decisive assist that made the difference. Another lost opportunity as a left back, 27yo, 7 goals and 6 assists so far, doing miracles at Levercusen this season (and having arrived as a free agent, if I'm not mistaken).

All the best to Alonso and his boys, good luck to Bayer.

Unfortunately they have four players at Afcon.

Bayern loosing against Werder at home. The title race is there, although I dont think its really something Bayern's bosses like very much. Tuchel's position is safe enough for few weeks I quess, but he's Bayern spell looks far from a great success so far. Happy for Leverkusen, also still viewing Bayern as one of the main challengers for UCL, so long may this continue.

Lost 1-0.
