Burning a DVD to tablet

Hi guys,

Got a blackberry playbook and want to get some films on there for next week.

Im not much of a computer person so I was wondering is there software where I can burn a dvd onto my laptop so I can put it onto my playbook? thanks

Thanks for the advice guys. Does that freemake mean I can burn my DVDs onto the laptop for conversion?

Ive got some software so I can download youtube videos onto it but obviously they dont have films on youtube. Just need a couple for the flight to portugal

ell you want to convert some films to .mp4 format for your blackberry ?

I can send you the tool to do it or you can tell me the media in pm and i shall recode it to .mp4 standards for you and then send the files to you.

Sort of mate, Im not too good with computers so I might not be very good at explaining. Ive got a converter that manages to get it into MP4 format, but I dont know if I can get my DVDs copied from the disc onto my laptop so I can convert them? Currently I have managed to get youtube videos converted but would like a couple of DVDs too

Yep Freemake will do that. It can rip your DVD's and put them in pretty much any format needed, it even has them listed by type ( AVI, Android, iPhone, I think it has a blackberry option).

If you have all ready taken it from the DVD and want to convert from mp4 to xxx ( what ever format ) it will do that too.

Just a glossary note,
Ripping: Taking video from disk/music from CD and putting it on a PC/Laptop.
Burning: Taking video/music from laptop and putting it on (the laser literally burns it onto the disk ) CD.
