No excuse for not naming a full bench Pep trying to make a point. He could make the same point with a kid on the bench.

Agreed but I think maybe Stones was a last minute withdrawal with no replacement.

I am sure Pep will explain as its a question he is going to be asked in his preview.

He is correct though.

Pep would have known last night whether or not Stones and Silva were fit for this game so why not stop one of the young lads playing in for the EDS/ U18s last night.

This 6 subs situations for me looks like a protest from Pep to me.

I am sure there is a logical explanation for it , its happened before in other premiership games.

It's not easy to leave out senior players in favour of youth talents, even if it's just on the bench. One of Pep's most important and hardest jobs is to keep everyone happy.
