It's about time City sorted this out. Like you I can't read the full details on the app. With so many people nowadays using their phones to access info like this it's ridiculous that we still have to put up with such a sub-standard service.
 
Another game where we have to pay for the kids where they have no chance of attending because of location, but have to do so because City won't sell us a cup final ticket unless they are on the cup scheme.

Not difficult really, kids are on the cup scheme now, because in the past City wouldn't sell us tickets for the final alongside our tickets because they were not on the scheme, because it was and still is impossible for them to attend League cup games due to their location, effectively making faraway fans pay for tickets that will never be used, hope that helps.
