Buy out clause?

A genuine question....virtually everyone abroad has buy out clauses in their contracts...DO CITY.....balotelli to Milan,tevez was at one point rumoured to be going Madrid,as was aguero,silva was linked somewhere and dzeko being linked with inter....not one mention of a buy out clause...do we have them,if not,why not?....

It's a requirement in some countries eg Spain.

I think when players move eg Silva or Aguero they don't want to tie themselves to a big clause incase they ever want to go back to Real etc. They know as a club we are not in a position to accept a pittance for players like that because they are making noises they want to leave and us having a clause would just put us in a better position when negotiating.

Buy out clauses are for the players not the clubs.

Just because someone has a buy out clasue, it doesn't mean that he can't be sold for less
