Buying A Ticket At the Ground on the day

How much of a pain in the arse is this?

I need to get a ticket for someone who doesn't have an accesscard, but expect that it is now too late to order on as it won't arrive in time. I'll probably get to the ground an hour and a half before the game on sunday, will that be enough?

You could order one from Supporter Services (option 2 then option 1) and arrange to collect it on the day.

I'd make sure you're there early - sometimes the queues are huge.

There'll be quite a few who'll look at the weather and decide on the day if they're going I'd guess.

I assume you can do this:

Log on to mcfc.co.uk
Go to Tickets Online
Select Notts Co
Register your friend and then add them to your Friends and Family
Select Tickets and Buy
I do this every Cup game for my brother and I but we both have Cards. I assume that if your friend does not have a Card they will just send paper tickets? Perhaps someone else can confirm? City's online Ticket system is very good and easy to use, but like everything online you have to register first.

Failing that I am sure you can buy on the day, but as said above I can see their being big queues. A lot of fans will watch the FA Cup games on the Saturday and want to go to the game on the Sunday

I'd think it would be impossible without completely re-designing the turnstile blocks.

Worked fine for me for the Leicester game, had two Germans visiting. The queue for collections was big though so bare that in mind.

even if the ques are huge they go down pretty quickly, for one of the euro games this season the que was back to the club shop and i thought i was going to miss the game, 15 mins later and i was in the ground.

Thanks guys, I'll ring up and reserve tickets later. Hopefully the activation of my ST and a new Access card or paper ticket for my mate won't be too much for them to handle
