Buzzer's new book.

I started it on holiday but havn`t really finished it yet, seems quite good but I always get the feeling buzzer is a right big head (don`t really know why he just seems to come across like that in his books.
One interesting bit I read was when he had a spell as manager at stockport how he got cheated out of a cup win against the rags by the ref (nothing ever changes),
I would`t pay £18.99 but if you can find it for less on the net its probably worth it.

Thanks for that.

I suppose the Bee is a bit of a big head.arrogant as well.
Attributes of a successful player playing at City in the 60/70's.
He was a tremendous player , just wish we had is ilk today.

I have many fond memories of him, although I nearly had a fight with him
and Franny Lee after league cup defeat at Blackpool a few years ago!!!!
I was fairly pissed off after a shocking display.

Yeah, The BEE was a tough nut on the field and off it too!!!
I will be getting his book this week.

I've read his book (it isn't new at all) and it's OK.

Gives a great insight into what life was like for footballers back then (boozing, being unprofessional, but really being proud of the Blue shirt)

It harks a little bit too much to "the good old days" as Buzzer sees it, but its a worthy read.

I didn't see him as particularly arrogant and he's been OK when I've talked to him.

I've known Mike for nearly 40 years and I have to say that you couldn't be more wrong. He's a complete gentleman.

Did he write the book himself?
Not read it but I wouldn't think so. No idea who the actual writer was though.
