I dread this time of pre-season, when we begin playing or pre-season friendlies.
One defeat or a series of defeats during pre-season sends people into a spin, they start flapping, arguing, falling out with each other, etc.
Please remember. The matches are pre-season friendlies. To trial out formations and tactics. To bed new players in. And to get the players fit. Etc.
Yes, winning the matches is great, but losing them isn't the end of the World.
