Cancelling a Wembley ticket purchase

I bought a couple of tickets for an overseas blue for the Charity Shield but he no longer needs them. Anyone know how I can go about cancelling them and getting my money back? The purchase email seemed to suggest this could be done up to a week before kick off but no info on how to do it!

Looks like you can’t.

According to this FA page you can only get a refund under a few conditions, not because you changed your mind.

On the confirmation email it says:

Our general admission away match ticket refund policy is 7 days prior to the match.

Not sure if this is classed as an away game though.

No worries, I will keep them, so feel free to close the thread :-) If someone needs two 25 GBP tickets please pm me. I can hand them over at Wembley Stadium. Surpringly I could buy tickets today even though I am just a regular Cityzen Matchday Member (that has not attended 3 games)

You can return them if you get them in time, better just ringing them up as it is unlikely you get them over a week before.
