Ref set the tone right from the 3rd/4th minute when he didn’t book their player for the first of many cynical/horrible tackles. They made four bookable offences before anyone was even spoken to.

Has anyone worked out why Bernardo’s goal was ruled out yet?

Sometimes you don't have to win the first ball in the air but just put your opponent off enough that your team wins the second. He did what he had to do, which was very little, he was needed as Stones may have been bullied by them.

Mate its no biggie, we won comfortably and as you say, he didn't do anything wrong of note.

Its just the way i see the guy right now and hopefully im wrong.

In 2nd gear and still won at a canter. Mason and his fellow officials were a disgrace as were many of their tackles.
We must however be more ruthless in front of goal. Could and should have been 6 or 7.
