Losing your temper and becoming violent aren't one and the same, nor does the first imply the second.

Although a judge might well conclude that there was a threat of violence because he admits he loses his rag and then commits a violent offence. I'd say there is a threat or indeed there was violence and injury.

It’s the driver. The girl even asks her dad to stop filming. I have seen the full vid.

If it was the full vid which I saw he was not even given that much shit to merit any response whatsoever, never mind winding his window down and spitting on the poor girl.

It’s ridiculous he has only been suspended.
