CAS judgement: UEFA ban overturned, City exonerated (report out p603)

I love the way we just treat these no marks with the utter contempt they so richly deserve, Rag cafe and Rawk would be in a complete meltdown for days on end if they were concerned. We are such a happy little bunch who will continue on our merry way, with no more than the odd FUCK YOU UEFA.

It is unlikely that both parties failed to ask for a statement of laws applying to each element of the case - Not a trivial statement.
Having read about other CAS disputes it is clear from this statement who has won or lost. Especially with the standard of the legal teams involved.

Surely a copy of the detailed reasoning for the verdict is a " requirement" as a just in case should others make incorrect biased statements.
Factual evidence and its use should not be declined just in case.

Lets be sure of that eh ? I think he offered us a way out from a big risk, and it was, but we were adamant we were taking that risk, maybe he wanted us to do that, because now we've won it gives him a chance to regain control from the cartel clubs.

I strongly suspect he's happy with the outcome, and that we now have an ally inside.

Yeh it was apparently they treated the UEFA investigation with contempt that corrupt out of date organisation deserved and new they would get fined, well done Cityfor putting salt in their tea. !!

Jose is finished and was when he went to utd - he is outdated tactically and everyone is wise to his game - he will fail at spurs as well and then disappear from the premiership - who else would have him - Arsenal, Liverpool, back to Chelski for a third go?? We certainly wouldnt ever have him and i cant imagine him going to any other club as they wouldnt be big enough for his ego.

He will fuck off abroad again and hope fully become irrelevant permanently.
