Why the fuck have Newcastle and Burnley on this, I guess they were promised some cast offs at a super low price like Sunderland etc used to sign from the rags if they added their names.

Mike Ashley and Daniel Levy have been business associates outside of football. Screwing people over land and property deals, no doubt.

Got this from City_Xtra

"CAS Report: "UEFA wishes to add that it considers MCFC to be a very important participant to UEFA club competitions. It welcomes all the good which MCFC has brought to the football world and it welcomes significant investments made by the club and its owners."
I really think this whole episode will result in us helping UEFA clean up its act and break the G14 stranglehold. We are the model of success and I suspect people will be pinning their flags to our pole soon enough.

This. Club should release a strong statement Highlighting the doctored emails As seems none of the media is picking up on this and ban certain individuals with immediAte effect from the ground
These 'journalists' jumped straight on the bandwagon and had us guilty before anything could be discussed. You would expect, like you said, these media types to be saying how true to their word our owners have been and how wrong UEFA have been.

What have we got?

****s like harris and delooney STILL debating the outcome that is in black and white for all to see we was innocent all along.

Absolutely disgusting behaviour from the so called British media yet again but it's not a shock.

If we don't ban the likes of herbert, harris, delaney and the rest of the Billy bullshitters NOW and I mean today and not a second less then they are just going to keep dragging us through the mud.

More than ever we need to keep our foot on the throat and go for the kill with these parasites.

Don’t thing they even go to our ground but if they do we should ban them or just ban the paper because those people will not write anything positive whatsoever when they getting paid to damage our club.

I think they are making a case for the club to ban them.

If you look at the summary from Rob Harris that @Ric posted, it's genuinely beyond parody. This is a 93 page document with hundreds of + and - points from CAS against City and UEFA, but he's selectively quoted only the most critical parts, out of context.

There could definitely be some complaints made to the Independent Press Standards Office over this coverage. It's not even pretending to hold up to the editorial standard of the AP.
Out of context you say …………… mmmm again

Haven't seen one journalist on Twitter give a balanced take on this. Also saw K-H Rummenigge earlier echoing Tebas's words to the effect that City got off because UEFA fucked up the case. Hope a few writs will be winging their way out of the Etihad soon.
