I think CAS said it was not frivilous, so ok, but I can't believe their legal advice was that they stood a reasonable chance of winning.CAS actually say that it was reasonable, based on the emails, for UEFA to bring charges as it appeared from those that there was a prima facie case that ADUG had provided funding.
As the CAS judgement says, there is still an ongoing investigation at UEFA's ethics committee regarding City's complaints about the leaks
If they find for us I suppose we could ask for our money back, but preferably that those who were leaking the information are dismissed
