Yeah I know. I was trying to highlight the stupidity of his tweet.
He seemed to think he had uncovered something new and “interesting” but was just stating the whole point of the case.

Conn did the same, writing AC allegations as though CAS had made them.

Yeah, that's a nice one too. He really was a clueless arse. He was brought in to add some "street cred" but didn't have a scooby what he was doing. The Game's readership plummeted by about 15% in six months (even faster than the main paper).

The scribblers and commentators virtually to a man nailed their colour's to the Uefa mast. Apart from maybe Martin Samuel, not one of them knows the ins and outs of ffp.
How on earth can you pontificate about City when you haven't a clue about the subject.
The only time I get to hear their mutterings is when I come onto Bluemoon and that's the way it'll stay, I don't buy a newspaper or subscribe to sky.
There's a great story in this for a journalist to unravel but I won't hold my breath waiting for one.

We know what emails they had, we surely would have had someone check through everything Pearce was planning on testifying before he said it against the emails?

I don't see anything there that disputes what has been testified at CAS? Except more of the same inference that because in an email it says an amount, the rest must come from ADUG even though that isn't the case? There's nothing there that doesn't fit our explanations at CAS?

CAS have already shown they’ll put accounting details and witness statements over emails.

What actually happened is more acceptable than what someone said should happen.

We were exonerated of breaking sports rules, yet the big clubs and UEFA are constantly accused of flouting actual laws (and found guilty often)

Im fairly sure law braking is worse than being accused and exonerated of sports rule breaking!

the same der spiegel who refused to supply this to UEFA at the time, or publish to support UEFA's case at the time, which says it all. Posturing trying to insinuate deceit by repeating accusations that have been disproved at CAS.
