I would have thought, if they have more so called incriminating emails/docs they would have thrown the lot at us originally.

May have waited to see what our explanation was going to be before completely discrediting it with further emails leaving us with no where left to go. That is a completely negative and cynical view but the latest developments have me worried.

Why arent the police taking action against DS for handling stolen property.

As others have said, these seam vague enough again for us to argue that they are out of context again and do UEFA really want another bruising? Plus, as time goes on more and more of it be comes time barred anyway.

Not going to worry unduly about this. I spent far too much emotional energy on the CAS appeal to fret every time Der Spiegel publish an article! It would take something far more substantial than what we’ve seen today for UEFA to even consider re-opening this imo.

Maybe if the CAS judgment had remained between Ciy & UEFA & not made public we wouldn't have given DS the chance to scrutinise & go back over shit that wasn't relevant to the charges ! Now they can & I'd probably guess there's more to come!
