As I recall wasn't the UEFA investigation limited to the time period 2012 to 2016, the first two years subsequently became time barred?
If the recent MEN report is correct the Premier League rules are subject to to UK law which imposes a six year time deadline from the date of an alleged breach which would now mean no alleged offences prior to July 2015 can be taken into account?
On that basis the PL investigation would appear to have a very narrow time frame left.

Not one new bit of evidence all old news revapped by Harris ! Posted earlier his ego and reputation took such a battering when CAS cleared City that he's just trying to drag our clubs name through the mud again !

He won’t even go balls out on the table with these allegations, when the word allegedly gets used in an article that’s all we need to know.

I've not read it and won't be but I've answered what I presume he's foaming at the mouth about in the Media thread.

To summarise, if the contract with Etihad was for £50m per annum, it doesn't mean that they paid us exactly that same sum every year, as long as it averaged out to £50m a year over the length of the contract.

CAS were happy we accounted for it correctly.

This is reassuring. But if it was this simple, why not just let the explanation enter the public domain? Everyone would understand it. It is rational, and probably not without precedent.

The the fact that we are still fighting this surely means there is more to this?
