Dogs are beasts. How could you love something that comes in and slaps it's big balls all over the living room, licks you and tries to hump you when you're trying to watch TV? They smell and their food is rank. And they are evil as well. Well, the bad ones anyway, like rottweilers and pit bulls. Horrible.

Cats every time.

It's a myth mate, the nastiest breed i ever met are Jack Russel's.

My lad is 85% American bulldog and 15% red nosed pit.

He was a wild one before i got him as he only had a female owner and they need a master as well as a best mate as they will try to dominate otherwise.
With discipline and routine and a good diet and exercise they are very good pet's as well as defenders of the home and family.
I walk him 3-4 times a day and hide stuff for him to find on command and always train him which keeps him really happy.

Staff's are still the same family as pit's and other dogs bred to be good defenders and attackers and are called the nanny dog due to their extreme caring nature, especially towards children.
They have to be trained to fight and kill and that shit sucks.

@Paul Dominic, pmsl fair play sir hehe.

I may have to pick your brains mate along with the other camera guy's here as i admit to only a small amount of knowledge in this area.
Would be great to get the best pics of my lad if i can :)

Fair play - you are obviously a responsible owner.

Perhaps it is down to irresponsible owners, but to me Pit bulls are nasty and aggressive - there is no way I'd let either of my kids close to one. I don't say this without reason as my missus' old cat Jim lost his front leg after being attacked by one of the horrible fuckers.

For sure these dogs are defenders, but most of the time they are unneccesarily noisy and confrontational to innocent people either walking past or going near their property.

Not for me at all.

:) How old is he?
18 weeks he's quite big for his age 21kg

My GSD girl is that age too. They grow up really fast. Can't believe how small she was when i first got her compared to how big she is now.
Got him at 8 weeks about 5kg he's the most chilled out dog I've ever had

I doubt he bites much? Mine is a land shark crossed with an alligator. She can bite out of nowhere. Typical GSD puppy...

Always had terriers before just killing machines on legs

Cats every day of the week. They are nicer to look at, far lower maintenance and they have that arrogance about them because they know they're better. They don't come across as dopey.

Who wants to be cleaning up after an inferior subservient being for 14/15 years?

No. Cats, they do their own thing. They look after themselves. People go on about how dogs 'protect you'. Why do you need an animal to protect you? Get a bat or something. If you're relying on a dachshund with an IQ of 50 to save your life then you're doing it wrong.

It's all about the felines for me. My cat Tia:

Thanks pal. Not ashamed to admit I blubbered like a baby. She was mate,a belting dog and to much of a good dog to let her just deteriorate as she was.
