Celtic Thread - 2021/22

never heard of that lot who beat you last night, but reading up on them, thrashed Roma 6-1 at home earlier in season and drew 2-2 in Rome

Doing something right
They are an excellent team. I watched the game v Roma to have a look. When i did i knew this tie was a tough one. We missed a few chances then made a **** of it letting them score through woeful defending. Too many of our team had a bad night. Even Jota was shit. We move on but its a timely kick in the nuts to the team.

be interesting regardless
It will be.

The English media (and fans) have taken the piss out of the tournament. But they've had some of the best matches I've seen in European football.

It's the most open European tournament with the added bonus of seeing some teams I haven't seen/never heard of before.

Because of results in previous rounds I'm expecting some comebacks in the 2nd legs.

Our team know they were'nt at it. If we actually turn up its not beyond us, but they are a good team and it will be difficut. But, you never know.

Can't see Rangers throwing away their advantage. Celtic? I'm not sure.
As I walk through the valley of darkness I shall fear no evil. As long as we turn up and take them on, we can win. By enough goals though? That is the big Q.
