I phoned up on Monday to ask and was told it was being emailed tomorrow (Tuesday) before 17:30! I have not received mine yet, but that is our ticket office all over. How many emails do they need to send?

Agreed - but it does not alter the fact communication is shit and having to pick it up in Glasgow on the day of the game is crap when you are working until lunch time and you will be on the last minute to get to the game.

Those surveys are probably restricted to the 'corporate' clientele and tourists as they seem to be the market now for away games.And none of their fucking stupid surveys relate to City fans at away games (unless I've missed them). It's almost as though they don't give a stuff.

They assume we wait around in the house for our letters and tickets to arrive, they don't think for one minute we have lives and are not always around
Late posting out of Swansea tickets, last minute emails, still not received my Spurs tickets yet.
Meeting up tomorrow with my mate to pass on his Spurs tickets, no sign of them yet.
