I think the Celtic myth can be put to bed once and for all now.
I remember after the last "friendly" a Coms it was carnage on here with a vocifreous number telling us how we had "no history" and how Celtic were up there with the rags in terms of world stature.
Sure they are-If you're from Glasgow.
They have won less than Forest in Europe.Their last European success in 1967-though the way they carry on you'd think it was 2007.
They have flourished in a league that only one other team can realistically compete in.
They qualify for the CL by default virtually every year,and have had an enourmous amount of CL money virtually since it's inception.-and yet still complain about how they have no money,how unfair it all is and not being able to compete with English clubs at signing players.
And now the shit has hit the fan,bleak reality has kicked in and the fans are deserting in tens of thousands,their pitiful attempts to join the PL dashed.
Imagine if they'd been through the times we have over the last 34 years-the place would be totally empty.
