a. going to make everyone on the bus happy;
b. going to improve your street cred;
c. not a good idea because everyone will hate you."

Anyone answering (a) or (b) should be told that they don't qualify for using a bus and will have to wait for the next one.

But it doesn't come across like that in the story.It looks like an excuse to spend a load of cash on something no-one needs.
If only they had said it was for people with severe learning difficulties then everyone on here would have said 'well done'.
